Billing Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Plans

ChangeBreeze offers the following subscription plans:

  • Single Business Plan: $79/month + $5/user/month (after 5 included users)
  • Multitenant MSP Plan: $199/month + $5/user/month (after 5 included users)

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

2. Billing Cycle

2.1 Monthly Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

2.2 Billing Date

Your billing date is the day you first subscribed or upgraded to a paid plan.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by Stripe.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card details.

3.3 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4. User Licensing

4.1 User Count

Each plan includes 5 users. Additional users are charged at $5/user/month.

4.2 User Limit Range

You can license between 5 and 500 users. Contact us for enterprise pricing beyond 500 users.

4.3 Upgrading User Count

You can increase your user count at any time. Additional user fees are prorated for the remaining billing period.

4.4 Downgrading User Count

User count reductions take effect at the start of your next billing period. You must maintain at least the number of active users in your account.

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrading Plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

5.2 Downgrading Plans

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for downgrades.

5.3 Feature Access

Access to plan-specific features changes immediately upon upgrade or at the next billing period for downgrades.

6. Proration

6.1 Mid-Cycle Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are immediately charged a prorated amount for the new plan level based on the remaining days in your billing period.

6.2 User Additions

Additional user charges are prorated based on the remaining days in your billing period.

6.3 Calculation Method

Proration is calculated on a daily basis: (Days remaining / Total days in period) × Fee difference.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 No Partial Month Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, including cancellations, downgrades, or unused features.

7.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Contact [email protected] to discuss.

7.3 Service Issues

If the Service is unavailable for extended periods due to our fault, we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.

8. Failed Payments

8.1 Payment Retry

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over a 10-day period.

8.2 Account Suspension

If payment fails after all retries, your account may be suspended until payment is received.

8.3 Grace Period

You have a 15-day grace period from the first failed payment to update your payment method before suspension.

8.4 Account Deletion

Accounts suspended for non-payment for 30 days may be deleted, and data may be permanently removed.

9. Cancellation

9.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

9.3 No Refunds on Cancellation

No refunds are issued for the remainder of your billing period upon cancellation.

9.4 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Taxes

10.1 Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices shown do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.

10.2 GST (Australia)

Australian customers will be charged GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required by law.

10.3 Sales Tax (USA)

US customers may be charged state and local sales taxes based on billing address.

10.4 VAT (EU)

European customers may be charged VAT based on their country of residence.

11. Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or Australian Dollars (AUD) depending on your location. Currency is determined based on your billing address.

12. Price Changes

12.1 Notification

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of price increases via email.

12.2 Existing Subscriptions

Price changes for existing subscriptions will apply from the start of your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new prices, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
