Co-Founder

Shannon brings more than 13 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, including senior leadership roles as a Network Lead and Senior Network Architect. Throughout his career, he has managed complex multi-site environments, led infrastructure teams, and experienced firsthand how unmanaged changes can lead to outages, compliance gaps, failed audits, and loss of customer trust.

Those experiences ultimately led to the creation of ChangeBreeze. Shannon saw that many MSPs were still relying on spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected processes to manage critical infrastructure changes. He co-founded ChangeBreeze to provide a practical, MSP-focused platform that makes change management simple, scalable, and audit-ready.

Built from the ground up for multi-tenant environments, ChangeBreeze helps service providers reduce risk, improve accountability, and maintain operational maturity without unnecessary complexity.

Nathan Baxter

Co-Founder

Nathan is a hands-on network engineer with more than four years of MSP experience. He has worked directly with customers managing firewalls, troubleshooting infrastructure, responding to critical incidents, and navigating the challenges of delivering reliable IT services across multiple client environments.

Having operated on the front lines of managed services, Nathan understands the gap between governance frameworks and real-world operations. He has seen how rushed changes, manual processes, and poor documentation can introduce unnecessary risk while creating additional work for technical teams.
