1. Purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other user accounts
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our systems
• Breach or circumvent authentication or security measures
• Access data not intended for you
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activities
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

2.3 Abusive Behaviour

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or transmit hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Stalk or invade the privacy of others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Engage in phishing or social engineering

2.4 Malicious Code

You may not:

• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or trojans
• Inject malicious scripts or code
• Create backdoors or vulnerabilities
• Use the Service to distribute ransomware

2.5 System Abuse

You may not:

• Use excessive bandwidth or storage beyond reasonable limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation

2.6 Data Scraping

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means
• Use data mining tools or techniques
• Extract user information for unauthorised purposes
• Create derivative databases from our Service

3. Content Standards

3.1 User-Generated Content

Content you create or upload must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Be appropriate for a professional business environment

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit:

• Illegal or regulated goods and services
• Adult content or pornography
• Violent or graphic content
• Content promoting terrorism or extremism
• Personal information of others without consent
• Spam, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing

4. API and Automation Usage

If using our API or automation features:

• Follow rate limits and usage guidelines
• Use API keys responsibly and keep them secure
• Do not abuse endpoints or attempt to overload systems
• Respect authentication and authorisation requirements

5. Multi-Tenant Responsibilities

5.1 For MSPs Managing Client Accounts

If you manage multiple client organisations:

• Ensure clients consent to your management of their data
• Maintain appropriate security and access controls
• Do not access client data without proper authorisation
• Comply with confidentiality obligations

6. Reporting Violations

7. Enforcement

7.1 Investigation

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy, including reviewing account activity and content.

7.2 Actions We May Take

Upon violation of this Policy, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Remove violating content
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement
• Take legal action to recover damages

7.3 No Refunds

Accounts terminated for Policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
