What are Widgets?

Widgets are small dashboard blocks that show key information at a glance (counts, lists, and trends).

You can drag and drop widgets to rearrange your dashboard layout, and you can resize widgets by dragging their resize handle/corner so important widgets can be larger and less important ones can be smaller.

Adding and removing widgets

  1. Open your Dashboard.

  2. Click Add Widget.

  3. Use the filter to choose between:

    • All – all available widgets

    • My – widgets based on your own activity

    • Company – widgets showing company-wide activity

  4. Select a widget to add it to your dashboard.

My vs Company widgets

Widgets are grouped into two main types based on the data they display:

My widgets

  • Display only items you have created (your changes, statistics, and trends).

  • Ideal for tracking your personal workload and performance.

Company widgets

  • Display activity across the currently selected company.

  • The data shown depends on which company you are viewing.

  • Some company widgets require elevated permissions (for example, approver roles).

Time period filters (where available)

Some widgets include a period selector (examples: All timeLast 7 daysMonthYear, or chart ranges like Last 30 days / Last 12 months). Changing the period updates the widget data.

Permissions

Widgets are only shown and available to add if your role has permission for that widget in the currently selected company scope (and some admin-only widgets are restricted to true administrators).

My Widgets

My Changes Scheduled Today

Shows how many changes you created that are scheduled for today, with a quick list for easy follow-up.

My Changes This Month

Shows the total number of changes you created during the current month.

My Account Stats

Summarises your changes by status and type for the selected time period.

My Change Status Over Time

Charts how your changes have progressed by status over time for the selected range.

My Change Types Over Time

Charts the types of changes you’ve created over time (e.g., Normal/Standard/Emergency) for the selected range.

My Last 10 Changes

Lists the 10 most recent changes you created so you can jump back into your latest work.

My Changes Waiting Approval

Shows changes you created that are currently waiting for approval, helping you identify what’s blocked.

Company Widgets

Changes Scheduled Today

Shows all changes scheduled for today for the current company scope.

Changes This Month

Shows how many changes were created this month for the current company scope.

Company Account Stats

Summarises company-wide change status and type statistics for the selected period.

Company Change Status Over Time

Charts company-wide change status trends over time for the selected range.

Company Change Types Over Time

Charts company-wide change types over time for the selected range.

Pending Approvals

Highlights changes that are waiting for approvals so approvers can act quickly.

Changes Waiting Tech Approval

Shows changes that are specifically waiting for Technical Approval.

Changes Waiting Operational Approval

Shows changes that are specifically waiting for Operational Approval.

Changes Waiting vCAB Approval

Shows changes that are waiting for vCAB approval (where used in your process).

Changes Underway

Shows changes currently in progress so you can monitor what’s happening now.

PIRs Waiting Completion

Shows changes where the Post Implementation Review is still outstanding.

Last 5 Emergency Changes

Shows the most recent emergency changes for quick visibility and review.

Admin / Billing Widgets (only visible to authorised roles)

Last 5 Error Logs

Shows the most recent system error log entries to help admins spot problems early.

Auth Health Check

Summarises authentication-related health indicators to help admins confirm logins are working normally.

Billing Overview

Shows billing and subscription information for users authorised to manage billing.

MSP Global View (multi-tenant)

If you’re an MSP user and you select Global View / All Companies, dashboard widgets will aggregate and display results across all sub-companies / tenants you have access to, rather than a single company.
