Manage Your Subscription

View Current Subscription

Your billing page always shows:

  • Current plan
  • Billing Period
  • user Licnese Count
  • Next Invoice

Change Your Plan

To upgrade from Single Business to Multitenant MSP:

  • Click "Change Plan" on the plan you want to switch to
  • Review the change details
  • Confirm the change

Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrading from Multitenant to Single Business will require a support ticket.

View Invoices

Click "View Invoice History" to see all your past invoices.

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice date and number
  • Amount charged
  • Status (Paid/Pending/Failed)
  • Link to download PDF from Stripe

Cancel Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the billing page
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Manage Subscription
  3. You will be redirected to Stripe were the subscription can be cancelled or credit card removed.

You'll retain access until the end of your paid period
No refunds for partial months
You can reactivate anytime before the period ends

Billing Cycle & Charges

Monthly Billing

All plans are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed.

Example:

  • Subscribe on January 15th
  • Next billing date: February 15th
  • Recurring every month on the 15th

Prorated Charges

When you upgrade your plan or add users mid-cycle:

You're charged only for the remaining days in the current period
The full amount applies from your next billing date

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification
  • Stripe will automatically retry the payment
  • Update your payment method to avoid service interruption

Currency & Pricing

ChangeBreeze automatically detects your location:

US Customers: Billed in USD
Australian Customers: Billed in AUD (includes 10% GST)

Q: Can I change my plan at any time?
A: Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately.

Q: Do you offer annual billing?
A: Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Annual options may be available in the future.

Q: Are there any setup fees?
A: No! Just the monthly subscription cost. No hidden fees.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We don't offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your paid period.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
