ChangeBreeze Timezone Handling
ChangeBreeze automatically handles timezone conversions to ensure that change schedules display correctly for all users, regardless of their location. This guide explains how timezones work in ChangeBreeze and what to expect.
Communication Plan - Notify External Stakeholders
ChangeBreeze provides a comprehensive notification system that keeps both internal users and external stakeholders informed throughout the change management lifecycle. This document explains how the Communication Plan can be used for External Stakeholder Notifications.
Communication Templates
Communication Templates let you create reusable, pre‑configured communication plans that can be attached to Changes. Instead of rewriting the same stakeholder messaging each time, you build a template once and reuse it whenever you create a new change. They’re designed to standardise how your team communicates (email + Teams), reduce missed notifications, and speed up change creation.
Creating Standard Change Templates
Duplicate Change Control
When viewing the changes list at https://changebreeze.com/changes/, each change has a "Duplicate Change" option in the actions dropdown menu (three dots on the right side of each row).
Emergency Change - Approval and Notification Workflow
ChangeBreeze supports two emergency change workflows: the standard approval process or a bypass option for urgent situations, with full notifications and audit logging.
Global Standard Change Templates
Standardise your change management across every client with Global Change Templates. Create a template once at the organisation level, and every company tenant under your MSP can use it to raise pre-approved Standard Changes.
Normal Change - Approval and Notification Workflow
The normal change process is used for general changes that are unique. We have created a flow chart to show the approval and notifications workflow.
Progress Update
The Progress Update feature allows you to send real-time status updates to all stakeholders while a change is in progress. This keeps everyone informed about progress, delays, or issues without leaving the platform.
Standard Change Templates Overview
A Standard Change is a pre-approved, low-risk change that follows a documented procedure. Unlike Normal or Emergency changes that require individual approval each time, Standard Changes use pre-approved templates that allow for faster implementation while maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
