Managing vCABs

This document covers creating, editing, and archiving Virtual CABs.

vCAB Approval Types

The approval type determines how many votes are needed to approve a change.

vCAB Chair Powers

The chair of a vCAB can be granted special decision-making powers. These are optional settings configured at the vCAB level.

vCAB Email Notifications

When a change is assigned to a vCAB for approval, all active vCAB members are automatically included in key notifications. This ensures the entire board stays informed about changes they've reviewed, from initial vote requests through to implementation outcomes.

vCAB Member Roles

Each member of a vCAB is assigned a role that determines their voting rights and capabilities.
